The huge aircraft carrier U.S.S. Ticonderoga slips under the Memorial Bridge across the Delaware Bay with plenty of room to spare today as it headed for a berth in the river near Philadelphia's International Airport, scene of the National Aircraft Show. Crewmen, spelling out their ship's name, stand in rigid attention on the deck of the carrier. They remained in this position for more than an hour as the carrier approached Philadelphia and was saluted by circling aircraft.
