Ray guns are being used by the polce of Leioestershirs and Rutland on the N.I Motorway -to switch if fog warning luights. When the mists come down, a patrol travels down the motorway, and ad their car nears eachh set of lighrts, an officer loans out of the car, and without atopping, aims his ray gun at the switch on cell-situateed between the two lights- and fires, and on come the flashing lioghts. The ray guns sent out a becames razdio signal which activates the fog light switch.
